The manager is pretty cool the guy Darren harassed me over and over over a missed payment that was due 2 days ago getting ready for a funeral and receiving this call back to back is unprofessional and added looking for corporate number

I’ve been a customer with Eagle Rental for years and they’ve always been so nice….majority of my home is furnished by their items. And I’ve always been happy with the furniture I’ve gotten from them. They are fun, respectful, and they even work with you when you need extra time to pay your bill. They have great customer service and I definitely recommend them to anyone!

The Eagle Rental representative has always provided excellent customer service.But because I tried to pay on time, did not know how much I was appreciated until I could not and asked them to come get my furniture, they actually said “No”!They were willing to wait until my unemployment started. Now that is service!
