When I walked in I felt as if I were at a second hand furniture store. The majority of the merchandise is used. I saw a shelf that has a broken stereo system with so much dust on it. The customer service was excellent! But the store needs a little arrangement with new merchandise.

Was skeptical about using a rental place in the past , but an emergency brought me in . They were extremely helpful , very polite and professional . , The icing on the cake was after hearing what a danger my appliance was causing Darren came out with my rental within 40 minutes , even though it was a big financial loss of food I have a safe appliance and thanks to the great customer service I can sleep without breathing in toxic fumes.
